This challenge focused on transforming a raw dashboard into a scalable, feature-rich tool for personalized voice messaging.

Rapid Startup Onboarding

Navigated a flat organizational structure by directly reaching out to the CEO and Product Manager to identify high-priority design gaps in the existing service system.

User-Evidence Mapping

Collaborated with the PM to conduct interviews with potential users, ensuring that new feature "Smart Sequencing" was grounded in real-world user needs.

This challenge focused on scaling Gabriel AI’s digital presence from a conceptual "vibe" into a high-conversion marketing gateway that clearly communicates the product's unique value to both creators and business agents.

Workflow History & Iteration

I documented the extensive history of our design sprints, transitioning through multiple wireframe versions to bridge the gap between initial "vibe coding" and final, technically feasible UI.

Idea Generation & Brainstorming Boards

To maintain momentum, I utilized collaborative idea boards to map out features like Smart Sequencing and the AI Prompt Assist workspace, ensuring all stakeholders were aligned on the product’s 0-1 vision.

Strategic Competitor Analysis

When we hit bottlenecks in defining high-scale messaging patterns, I performed deep-dives into industry competitors—analyzing their landing page hierarchies and pricing models—to ensure our solution was both competitive and intuitive.

Rapid Prototyping & Reference Mapping

By curating a visual library of UI references and interaction patterns, I was able to quickly pivot design directions and overcome creative blocks during the application platform refinement.
