CHALLENGE
In today’s fast-paced communication landscape, businesses struggle to maintain personal and timely connections with customers at scale. Traditional follow-ups and outreach campaigns require heavy manual effort and often result in low engagement. Gabriel AI set out to solve this by leveraging AI-driven voice technology to automate calls, voicemails, and customer engagement, making large-scale communication feel human again.
APPROACH
I worked across design and development to craft a seamless user experience that bridges AI capability with intuitive usability.
My contributions included:

Designed user flows and responsive dashboards for campaign management and analytics

Built and implemented modular UI components for a scalable system

Collaborated closely with engineers to ensure smooth design-to-code integration

Led the desktop application interface design, currently in active development
